🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sales, or
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, customer service, admin
• Experience in home improvement, construction, interior design, retail, or luxury consumer brands
• Experience coordinating local marketing campaigns, events, community outreach, or digital marketing
• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
