Sales Support Operations Coordinator

📋 Description

• Review and release orders to our distribution centers, confirming that carrier routes, delivery
• Coordinate order grouping by evaluating inventory availability, stock allocations, delivery
• Monitor backorder queues for custom orders, tracking reconciliation timelines and flagging issues
• Support inventory management by helping reallocate stock, reassign distribution center assignments
• Partner with internal teams — including sales support, order management, transportation, and our

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in order management, operations coordination, sales support, or a related
• Comfortable working in Excel and Outlook at an intermediate level — you use these tools daily
• Clear, organized communicator — able to keep teammates informed and flag issues quickly in writing
• Able to manage several active tasks at once without losing accuracy, especially under time pressure.
• Hybrid schedule with regular onsite presence at our Carson, CA office.
