Sales Support Specialist - Currin Graphics

📋 Description

• Answer and manage incoming calls coming into the office
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads, follow up on quotes
• Serves as a day-to-day point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong customer
• Enter, process, and track orders in the Production Calendar.
• Proactively communicate with customers to keep them updated on order status, production timelines
• Place apparel orders with outside vendors and suppliers, confirming pricing, sizing, quantities

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service and management, or a related role
• Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers, orders, and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, production, and outside vendors.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
