Generate accurate contracts and documentation while navigating ACC/AT&T terminology

Process and resolve billing tickets requiring careful analysis
Interface with AppDirect Advisors to support customer success with ACC/AT&T

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred
Attention to detail with managing complex, multi-step processes
Analytical skills; learn and apply complex terminology
Telecommunications or technology industry experience
Adapt concepts to new but similar situations requiring critical thinking
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
