📋 Description

• Deliver features in Lead to Opportunity pillar to boost seller productivity.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, CS, Partner Ops and Finance to shape needs.
• Identify and reduce workflow friction slowing sellers.
• Explore AI to accelerate work and simplify seller processes.
• Build and maintain Flows and automations for Accounts and Opportunities.
• Maintain data quality and uphold governance best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years Salesforce admin experience; Admin cert + Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder.
• Salesforce: Flows, validation rules, and Sales Cloud reports.
• AI builder and fast learner; use AI tools to accelerate development.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado) and release practices.
• Experience with Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Gong, Workato, Clay.
• Agile with dev teams; M&A data migration experience.
