📋 Description

• Deliver features within Lead to Opportunity pillar to boost seller productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to form clear requirements and user stories.
• Identify and reduce workflow friction points that slow sellers down.
• Leverage AI to accelerate development and simplify seller processes.
• Build and configure solutions for Accounts, Opportunities, and related objects.
• Build and maintain complex Flows and automations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years Salesforce admin experience.
• Salesforce Admin cert + Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder.
• Strong knowledge of Flows, validation rules, and Sales Cloud reports.
• AI builder: use AI tools to accelerate development and write requirements.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado).
• Able to work in Agile teams; M&A migration experience.
