Sales Tax Analyst

📋 Description

• Collect, file, and maintain sales tax exemption certificates.
• Update customer taxability status in ERP system.
• Assist Sales Tax Supervisor with certificate campaigns.
• Assist AR/CS in researching and resolving taxability questions.
• Gather information to support the company’s position in tax audits.
• Provide support to the Supervisor Indirect Tax during audits.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of GST sales tax compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organization.
• Able to perform under tight deadlines with flexibility.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Advanced Excel skills; proficient with Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and Word.
• Experience with Vertex or similar tax software.
• Customer service experience a plus.
