📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Affiliate Sales Managers by setting KPIs, allocating leads and
• Design and execute affiliate acquisition and reactivation strategies to achieve quarterly and
• Build and strengthen relationships with VIP affiliates, media buying teams, affiliate networks, and
• Negotiate and close complex partnership deals, including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and exclusive
• Reactivate dormant high-potential affiliates and develop scalable partner re-engagement strategies
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Affiliate Management teams to align campaigns and promotions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming, Betting in Senior Sales, Business
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team of Affiliate/Sales Managers
• Strong network of webmasters, media buying teams, affiliate networks, and high-value affiliates
• Deep understanding of affiliate deal structures and payout models (CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid)
• Experience developing affiliate acquisition, reactivation, and partnership growth strategies
• Strong analytical skills evaluating campaign performance, profitability, ROI, and market trends
