Sales Team Lead

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for rep questions and escalations
• Manage day-to-day Slack questions and sales issues
• Help keep the team focused on daily/weekly goals and priorities
• Identify blockers and resolve or escalate them quickly
• Provide coverage and direction when leadership is unavailable
• Provide informal coaching and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant sales experience, ideally in a high-volume B2C sales environment
• Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Interested in developing other salespeople and taking on greater leadership responsibility
• Strong coach who can provide direct, actionable feedback while building trust with the team
• Comfortable making day-to-day decisions and exercising good judgment when the answer is not always
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
