🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing sales teams.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience selling to US-based customers preferred; align with US hours.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms, sales reporting tools, and dashboards.
