🎯 Requirements

3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, Sales Consultant, or similar role
Strong background in direct, B2B, or B2C sales with a track record of exceeding targets
Demonstrated ability to create engaging, hands-on instructional materials and workshops
Exceptional communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect training activities to business performance
