Salesforce Administrator

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality, including complex Flows, custom objects
• Gather business and user requirements and translate them into sustainable technical solutions with
• Manage Salesforce security and access controls, including user roles, profiles, permission sets
• Support integrations with third-party applications and external systems, including Sage Intacct
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot
• Develop and execute test plans, manage sandbox environments, and maintain effective change

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Required Salesforce Administrator certification and significant hands-on experience administering
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce products, including complex Flow automation, configuration
• Demonstrated experience working with nonprofit organizations and an understanding of their
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, access management, data equality
