Salesforce Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer and maintain Salesforce and related systems, ensuring optimal performance and
• Execute configuration changes including Flows, Process Builder, LWCs, custom fields, page layouts
• Manage user access, permissions, and system security in compliance with company standards.
• Provide timely user support and troubleshoot issues, delivering solutions within agreed SLA
• Partner with other Salesforce Administrators & Business Systems Managers to implement
• Prepare code for system updates, releases, and testing while minimizing disruption to business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a professional setting
• Certified Salesforce Administrator credential
• Proven ability to configure Salesforce (Flows, Process Builder, fields, layouts, dashboards)
• Experience managing integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications
• Strong communication skills to provide end-user support and training
