Salesforce Administrator

📋 Description

• Design and standardize workflows, lists, tasks, and data flows via Process Builder
• Lead automation initiatives and continuous improvement
• Collaborate on projects to determine business needs and system requirements
• Participate in solution brainstorming, research, decisions and testing
• Steward new release rollouts for smooth adoption
• Drive Lightning adoption and best practices for long-term success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years Salesforce admin experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification Required
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification Preferred
• Sales Cloud, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I certifications a plus
• Lightning experience required
• Strong reporting background using Salesforce reporting tools and BI tools
