Salesforce Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce orgs, including user management, permissions
• Support federal stakeholders by gathering requirements and translating them into scalable
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, page layouts, and custom objects.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage data quality, and support integrations with other systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal security policies and change-management processes.
• Provide user training and documentation to enhance adoption and platform efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance (TS preferred)
• 3+ years of Salesforce administrator experience.
• Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce integration and API development.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of roles, profiles, flows, validation rules, and security settings.
