Salesforce Administrator

📋 Description

• Serve as a primary Salesforce administrator: users, security, permissions, data quality, reports
• Build and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, Flows, and
• Own tickets from intake to closure, digging past the initial ask to find the real business need or
• Help review and prioritize incoming requests across the IT team
• Support integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, marketing platforms, and eCommerce
• Lead enhancements from requirements through testing, deployment, documentation, and adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, ideally supporting a B2B sales
• Proven experience designing and building Salesforce Flows independently, beyond simple record
• Strong skills in user management, security, reporting, objects, and validation rules
• Experience working in a ticketing or structured request environment
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across applications, data, and integrations
• Business analysis instincts: you ask good questions and turn needs into practical solutions
