Align data model, permissions, and integration touchpoints
Monitor platform reliability and address issues proactively
Support structured release, documentation, and validation
Translate business requirements into supportable platform designs

🎯 Requirements

5+ years hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience
Deep knowledge of Salesforce admin best practices and declarative design
Experience supporting Salesforce integrations (custom or managed)
Strong systems thinking and independent execution
Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and business audiences
Salesforce Administrator certification(s)
