5+ years hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience
Deep knowledge of Salesforce admin best practices and declarative/security-model design
Experience supporting Salesforce integrations (custom and/or managed packages)
Strong systems thinking and independent, self-directed execution
Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and business audiences
