📋 Description

• Own Salesforce Government Cloud administration, security, and compliance with federal rules.
• Manage user provisioning, access controls, roles, and licenses per least-privilege.
• Build enhancements with declarative tools: flows, validation rules, page layouts.
• Coordinate updates, sandbox management, and release processes in regulated environments.
• Design reports and dashboards for sales activity and pipeline metrics.
• Perform data quality tasks: imports, deduplication, integrity checks.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as Salesforce Administrator or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in IS, CS, or related field preferred.
• Active ADM-201 with strong security, flows, and config skills.
• Hands-on admin experience in regulated/government environments.
• US Person; able to handle CUI in Salesforce Government Cloud / FedRAMP.
• Experience with Revenue Cloud, CPQ, integrations, or high-growth tech.
