📋 Description

• Lead structured discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders across Revenue
• Surface unstated assumptions, identify conflicting requirements, and document decisions with
• Translate business discussions into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria and
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment by bringing the right teams together, clarifying trade-offs
• Maintain visibility into sprint commitments and communicate changes to scope, priorities
• Document current-state processes and identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Revenue Operations, Salesforce-adjacent, or
• Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements workshops and translating business needs into
• Strong stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to navigate competing priorities
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong instinct for documenting decisions
• Proven organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing
• Hands-on experience with Agile sprint management and Jira.
