📋 Description

• Leverage Salesforce multi-cloud capabilities
• Configure Salesforce and support the development team for client needs
• Perform ongoing Salesforce admin tasks: user management, security, and data management
• Implement and maintain customizations per client requirements
• Monitor Salesforce health and performance; ensure optimal system performance
• Identify and troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1–4 years of professional consulting experience managing multiple client tickets
• 1+ years hands-on Salesforce configuration (fields, page layouts, workflows, or flows)
• Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and strong English communication
• Proactive self-starter; able to work independently and in a team
• Comfort with AI; able to use firm-approved AI tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field; consulting experience required
