• Define customer requirements and deliver Salesforce solutions
• Architect and build Service Cloud and Field Service implementations
• Configure Salesforce using point-and-click tools (Process Builder, Flows)

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on project experience
• 1+ year Salesforce development or configuration
• Understanding of Customer Service and Field Service ops
• Hands-on with Custom Apps, Lightning, Field Service Mobile, Visual Flows, Process Builder, SLAs
• Release Management, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Best Practices
• Client-facing experience: pre-sales, PM/Discovery, architecture
