Salesforce Developer/Administrator

📋 Description

• Provide Salesforce development to Sales/Marketing with IT support.
• Create complex workflows, triggers, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud users; triage issues.
• Perform basic Salesforce administration (User/Security, dashboards, reports).
• Build and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, and objects.
• Analyze requirements with business to create functional specs and assist with integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Computer Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years in a related technical engineering role.
• Expert experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrations.
• Designed and deployed complex workflows/triggers, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Deep proficiency with SOQL, SOSL, and Apex coding.
• Proven experience creating/deploying Salesforce integrations.
