📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and maintain functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience
• Partner with engineering leadership to evaluate business requirements and determine optimal
• Design, build, and support Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), custom workflows, and
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and external platforms, APIs, and
• Support telephony migration from Talkdesk to Genesys.
• Support Experience Cloud portal initiatives and user experience enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Process Builder.
• Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud.
• Strong track record of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms, APIs, and middleware.
• Ability to determine when to use standard configuration vs custom development.
• Self-directed problem solver.
