📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and maintain functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience
• Partner with engineering leadership to evaluate business requirements and determine optimal
• Design, build, and support Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), custom workflows, and
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and external platforms, APIs, and
• Play a central role in evaluating, rebuilding, and testing integrations/automations for a telephony
• Support upcoming Experience Cloud portal initiatives and user experience enhancements over the next

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience balancing both Salesforce development and administrative
• Demonstrated coding proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), alongside expert
• Hands-on working experience with Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud).
• Strong track record of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms, APIs, and middleware.
• Sound technical judgment to determine when to leverage standard configuration versus custom
• Self-directed problem solver capable of executing independently within a geographically distributed
