Salesforce Developer - Service Cloud, Experience Cloud & AI (100% Remote within Poland)

📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable Apex solutions (bulkified, governor-safe).
• Develop Service Cloud capabilities including case management and routing.
• Build and customize Experience Cloud sites for self-service.
• Implement Digital Engagement channels: Chat, Messaging, WhatsApp, SMS.
• Create and integrate AI-powered bots with Apex, Flows, and external systems.
• Develop secure REST APIs, Platform Events, and async processing for Salesforce.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years Salesforce development with strong Apex.
• Hands-on Service Cloud customization and implementation.
• Experience with Experience Cloud portals (Customer/Partner).
• Experience with Digital Engagement channels (Chat, Messaging, WhatsApp, SMS).
• Experience with Einstein Bots or AI assistants.
• Enterprise Apex patterns, bulkification, async processing; REST callouts; Git/CI/CD.
