📋 Description

• Design scalable APEX solutions with bulkified patterns.
• Enhance Service Cloud: case mgmt, entitlements, routing.
• Build Experience Cloud sites for self-service experiences.
• Implement Digital Engagement: Chat, Messaging, WhatsApp, SMS.
• Create AI-powered bots and automation integrated with Salesforce.
• Design secure Apex REST APIs, Platform Events, and async processing.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years Salesforce development with Apex focus.
• Strong Service Cloud customization experience.
• Experience with Experience Cloud portals (Customer/Partner).
• Digital Engagement channels: Chat, Messaging, WhatsApp, SMS.
• Einstein Bots, AI assistants or conversational AI experience.
• Enterprise Apex patterns, bulkification, async processing; SOQL tuning.
• Integration using Apex REST, HTTP callouts, Platform Events, Named Credentials.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC) development experience.
