Salesforce DevOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado with version control.
• Automate Salesforce metadata and code deployments; manage environments with masking/seed data.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot deployments, and resolve environment bottlenecks for reliability.
• Collaborate with dev and QA to add automated testing and quality gates in Copado.
• Continuously improve release processes by tracking DevOps metrics and Copado trends.
• Provide training and mentorship; be the Copado expert and promote secure DevOps.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Copado; setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven Salesforce experience; strong metadata knowledge.
• Git, Salesforce DX, and SFDX CLI expertise.
• Strong problem-solving; troubleshoot deployment/environment issues.
• Collaborative, with clear communication across tech and non-tech stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement mindset; Copado certifications and cloud experience a plus.
