Salesforce Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Develop, own and manage customer relationship, from a delivery perspective, across the NeuraFlash
• Provide oversight on project teams to ensure successful delivery using a hands-on approach
• Act as a “thought leader” for our customers, helping them drive outcomes while continuously
• Participate in customer sales cycles focusing on developing rapport with prospect, understanding
• Smoothly transition customers from the sales process to project delivery. This includes: SOW
• In collaboration with Neuraflash, Part of Accenture’s operations/staffing team and BU leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting experience with a strong blend of solution architecture, pre-sales
• 5+ years leading complex customer engagements or solution workstreams of 15+ team members, with
• 5+ years of experience architecting, selling, and delivering Salesforce solutions, with the ability
• Deep expertise in Contact Center or Salesforce solution design, such as Salesforce Service Cloud
• Proven pre-sales experience, including discovery leadership, solution mapping, scoping, estimation
• Hands-on experience designing end-to-end architectures across multiple phases of
