Salesforce Engineer, Business Technology Team

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end Salesforce ecosystem at Benchling, including deep Salesforce CPQ expertise
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and downstream ERP, billing, and data
• Own CI/CD, release management, and deployment quality using Gearset, including automated testing
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Experience, Product, Engineering
• Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools, applying AI-assisted development and
• Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices, perform peer and vendor code

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of Salesforce application development experience, with hands-on Salesforce CPQ
• Experience building and maintaining integrations with Workato (or comparable iPaaS) across ERP and
• Experience owning Salesforce CI/CD with Gearset (or comparable DevOps tooling), including automated
• Certified Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1 & 2, and Administrator 201, with
• Experienced with Salesforce SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs, Web UI frameworks (Lightning components or
• Demonstrated AI fluency and interest: hands-on use of AI development tools (for example Agentforce
