📋 Description

  • Own Salesforce architecture and GTM governance.
  • Lead CRM design for GTM workflows, objects, fields, and releases.
  • Translate RevOps/Marketing Ops needs into clean system design.
  • Manage lead-to-cash, quote-to-cash, and Pardot/CPQ integrations.
  • Ensure data quality, reporting, and user adoption across platforms.
  • Evaluate future Data/CDP options and plan implementations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years in Salesforce with GTM/Revenue Ops ownership.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (Admin, Platform App Builder; Sales Cloud a plus).
  • Hands-on Sales Cloud, core CRM objects, Flow, permissions, release management.
  • Pardot/Account Engagement and CPQ experience (DealHub or similar).
  • Data warehouse/Finance integration, reporting, and data quality.
  • Familiarity with CDP/Marketing Cloud evaluation (Data 360, SFMC, Adobe/Oracle).
