Salesforce - Lead Developer

📋 Description

• Lead Salesforce development projects from planning through delivery
• Translate business needs into technical docs and scalable Salesforce solutions
• Design, develop, maintain custom Salesforce applications, components, and integrations
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers
• Estimate development efforts, prioritize tasks, and coordinate project activities
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce development with strong design/implementation
• Hands-on with Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration: formulas, workflows, flows, and process builders
• Experience across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs
• Strong SDLC knowledge, delivering projects from requirements to deployment
