Salesforce Manager, Quality Assurance & Consulting

📋 Description

• Lead quality engineering initiatives for enterprise Salesforce and cloud programs.
• Define test strategies, plans, gates, and release readiness processes.
• Manage functional, API, integration, performance, security, and non-functional testing.
• Partner with engineering and product to embed quality across SDLC.
• Build automation frameworks, CI/CD quality controls, and reusable assets.
• Apply Generative AI and Agentic AI to enhance testing.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in Quality Engineering; 4+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on functional, automation, API, integration, performance, security testing.
• Experience delivering Salesforce and/or AWS implementations in consulting/tech services.
• Automation frameworks, DevOps-enabled testing, QA strategies.
• Strong Agile/ Scrum leadership; people management and stakeholder skills.
• Experience applying Generative AI/Agentic AI to QA improvements.
