Oversee Functional, API, Integration, Performance, Security, AI, and non-functional testing.
Identify delivery risks and drive mitigation as a trusted advisor.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Delivery to embed quality lifecycle-wide.

🎯 Requirements

12+ years in Quality Engineering; 4+ years leading engineering teams.
Hands-on testing across functional, automation, API, integration, performance, security.
Experience delivering Salesforce and/or AWS implementations in a consulting setting.
Automation framework development, DevOps-enabled testing, and QE strategy.
Strong Agile leadership; Scrum experience; cross-functional collaboration.
Experience applying Generative AI/Agentic AI to modern QE practices.
