📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Salesforce quality assurance, manual testing, or a closely
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including AI agent testing
• Solid understanding of functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, UAT, API, data validation
• Experience testing AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, compliance, reliability, and
