📋 Description

• Test Salesforce Agentforce implementations and AI agent behavior.
• Validate integrations with Salesforce Clouds and third-party apps.
• Perform functional, regression, API, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate data exchange and data quality across systems.
• Test AI-generated responses for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Product Owners.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Salesforce QA/manual testing or related QA role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience: Sales/Service/Experience/Data Cloud, Agentforce, Flows, Security
• Hands-on with Salesforce Agentforce, AI agent testing, prompts, topics, actions, and response
• Strong functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, API, data validation, performance
• Experience testing AI responses for accuracy, relevance, compliance, reliability.
• API testing with Postman; Jira for defect tracking; Agile.
