Develop SMS and email automation with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Design and optimize customer journeys for engagement and retention.
Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions with product/tech teams.
Configure data models: data extensions, shared data extensions, Contact Builder.
Build automated processes with Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
Ensure CASL and CAN-SPAM compliance; monitor performance and improvements.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
SFMC Developer Certification required; Consultant Certification asset.
Strong data model experience: data extensions, shared data extensions, Contact Model.
Advanced SQL skills with complex queries and joins.
Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SSJS.
Experience creating automated journeys/workflows with Automation Studio and Journey Builder.

🎁 Benefits

Fully remote position for Canada-based candidates.
6-month contract with potential extension (additional 6 months).
40 hours per week.
Competitive rate of $60 CAD/hour plus applicable HST.
