Collaborate with stakeholders to translate marketing needs into scalable solutions.
Monitor campaigns and analyze engagement to identify optimization opportunities.
Manage data models, data extensions and SQL-based processes.
Implement and support SFMC integrations with Salesforce Core, SAP, and APIs.
Support releases, incidents and adoption of SFMC best practices.

🎯 Requirements

Passion for tech, data and marketing to personalize customer experiences.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
3+ years SFMC experience: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation, Contact Builder.
Strong analytical mindset; translate metrics into optimization opportunities.
Experience in Agile/DevOps and collaborating with stakeholders.
Strong SQL; data models, data extensions, AMPScript, HTML/CSS.
