Maintain account alias mappings for customer-name variations and account matching.
Escalate defects to Licensing Tech with clear documentation.

🎯 Requirements

1+ years of experience in Salesforce Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Quality, or related field.
Experience with Salesforce data management, reporting, and record maintenance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Atlassian familiarity; Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent.
