📋 Description

• Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies and test plans for Salesforce
• Conduct load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing to assess application behavior
• Evaluate critical business workflows, including record creation and updates, searches, reports
• Test Salesforce solutions such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning
• Identify performance issues related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, Apex
• Build, maintain, and execute reusable performance test scripts and modular test plans using Apache

🎯 Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in software testing, with substantial hands-on experience in performance
• Strong practical expertise in Apache JMeter, including script development, test execution, workload
• Proven experience conducting performance testing for Salesforce applications and Salesforce-based
• Hands-on experience with load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, XML, and web communication
• Experience with API authentication, OAuth 2.0, access and refresh tokens, parameterization
