Declarative development: design and maintain flows and UI with Salesforce tools.
Act as internal Solution Engineer, enabling clicks-not-code solutions.
Own deployment lifecycle to keep instance agile, secure, and upgradeable.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years as Salesforce Admin/Platform App Builder/Declarative Developer.
Deep Salesforce Flow mastery; debug flows, manage variables, loops.
Data modeling: Objects, Fields, Relationships; lookup vs Master-Detail.
Security & Sharing: Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and OWDs.
Jira or similar ALM for development stories and deployments.
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder (bonus).
