• Own and drive the technical standards for Salesforce at Dojo.
• Lead Salesforce solution delivery using best practices.
• Ensure delivery teams align to Dojo docs standards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Solution Architects to ensure best user solutions.
• Mentor teams to foster growth and delivery excellence.
• Improve DevSecOps processes and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Flow, OmniStudio and Apex.
• Hands-on config and customization of Salesforce.
• Strong experience with technical design documentation to ensure consistent documentation across workstreams.
• Experience with DevSecOps processes and deployment.
• Experience aligning development teams to consistent delivery standards.
