Salesforce Platform Lead

📋 Description

• Own Salesforce platform architecture, config, and optimization
• Design multi-cloud solutions across Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Voice
• Lead large-scale CRM implementations with scalable delivery
• Be the primary Salesforce point of contact for stakeholders
• Drive automation, workflows, and integration architecture
• Ensure data integrity, security, and policy compliance
• Champion best practices and keep docs up to date
• Identify platform gaps and propose proactive fixes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Salesforce experience in enterprise environments
• Multi-cloud expertise across at least 2–3 clouds
• Track record delivering large Salesforce implementations
• Self-directed, able to prioritise and deliver without micromanagement
• Salesforce Administrator cert; platform-specific certs a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders
• Remote-work experience with tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
