Salesforce Program Architect

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor project team members assigned to your programs, including task allocation
• Set the overall Salesforce architecture and development standards across Apex, LWC, integrations
• Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, managing scope, timelines, resourcing, and
• Translate complex business requirements into robust solution designs and guide the team through
• Define and oversee integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software or CRM development, including 10+ years of hands-on
• 5+ years of experience leading or managing development teams.
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, API integration, and Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows and
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations end to end.
• Experience in client-facing delivery or consulting environments.
• Strong background in data migration strategy and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
