Salesforce Project Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide in-person and remote support to end users working with Salesforce and related business
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding activities, including support during company acquisitions.
• Perform Salesforce administration tasks, including maintaining backend configurations and updating
• Prepare and upload CSV files for data imports in response to user requests and acquisition-related
• Coordinate with developers to communicate, test, and roll out system updates.
• Deliver remote Salesforce training and help users understand relevant software tools and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Salesforce Platform Administrator I certification.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM)
• Demonstrated ability to work remotely with limited supervision and manage responsibilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues while also working autonomously.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot software issues and resolve user
