📋 Description

• Prepare and execute test strategy, cases, and scripts for Salesforce apps.
• Define test environment and data requirements; collaborate with DEV team.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Implement and maintain test automation with Selenium, Playwright, or TestNG.
• Prepare, automate and execute regression tests for maximum coverage.
• Ensure data accuracy across Salesforce objects and integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in functional and automated Salesforce testing.
• Strong knowledge of Service Cloud features.
• Experience in preparing test plans and writing test cases.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and customizations.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Playwright.
• Familiarity with API testing (REST/SOAP) and integration validation.
