Salesforce QA Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and maintain test strategies for GTM systems.
• Build automated tests with Playwright for CI/CD.
• Lead regression tests across Salesforce, Workato, NetSuite.
• Leverage AI-assisted testing to improve coverage.
• Partner with Salesforce developers and analysts to embed quality early.
• Define and track quality metrics and report health to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years QA or software testing experience, incl. 2+ years on enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on with Playwright or Selenium/Cypress.
• Experience designing regression tests for complex integrated systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/CPQ).
• Experience testing integration workflows (Workato, MuleSoft, iPaaS).
• AI-assisted testing tools to accelerate test generation and coverage.
• Proficiency with Jira, Zephyr, or equivalent.
• API testing with Postman and REST validation.
