Salesforce QA Engineer

📋 Description

• QA delivery on Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom apps.
• Guide non-functional testing (performance, load, security) for Salesforce systems.
• Drive Salesforce test automation with Provar, Selenium, TestComplete, or TOSCA.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers/administrators to define test strategies.
• Validate Salesforce custom objects, flows, Apex code, integrations and third-party apps.
• Coordinate UAT, regression testing, and production readiness for Salesforce releases.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in QA for Salesforce apps or CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture; API testing, SOQL/SOSL, and data validation.
• Automation with Salesforce tools (Provar, Selenium, Copado Robotic Testing).
• Able to adapt to automation tech and coach others.
• Experience coordinating with global teams across time zones.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and stakeholder management.
