Salesforce Release Manager

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado.
• Champion best practices for Git versioning, branching, and deployments.
• Manage Salesforce environments in Copado; ensure data masking and seeding.
• Monitor deployments and performance with Copado; configure alerts and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and Copado pipeline bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with dev/QA to integrate tests and create release notes.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Salesforce experience and metadata knowledge.
• Hands-on Copado DevOps experience; set up/manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong Git skills and Copado integration.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, SFDX CLI, and automation (Shell, Python).
• Excellent communication and collaboration with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Curious, proactive learner; eager to experiment and improve.
