📋 Description

• Build and maintain Salesforce ecosystem for Litmos GTM, CX, revenue ops
• Collaborate with GTM Partner and Architect on cloud solutions across Cloud stacks
• Remote, full-time technical builder in GTM Operations
• Not a Salesforce admin; ensure scalable, well-architected delivery
• Remote delivery requires accountability and strong communication across time zones

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development in enterprise B2B SaaS
• Salesforce Development & Configuration across Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud
• Proficient with declarative tools (Flows) and Apex/LWC; DX & CI/CD
• Deep knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud
• Remote delivery experience; strong communication across time zones
• Salesforce Admin and Advanced Admin certifications; Agentforce-related certifications a plus
• Apex and LWC experience; SF DX and CI/CD deployment discipline
